The system provides a self-service center for students and employees and acts as a portal to other 惇蹋勛圖厙 systems. By logging into this account students access their personal academic and financial account information and several other 惇蹋勛圖厙 systems such as Canvas, account payment and student email.
Password management changes
In 2025, 惇蹋勛圖厙 will transition to a new and improved my惇蹋勛圖厙KC that uses Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO). The first step in moving to the new system is changing how you manage your password. As of October 24, 2024 your my惇蹋勛圖厙KC password will be separate from all other systems.

From the 惇蹋勛圖厙 home page, click on the my惇蹋勛圖厙KC link located on the dark blue bar at the top of the page, or in the three white bars on the left on mobile devices. You can also go there directly by clicking . You will be prompted to enter your login credentials. New students should use the Forgot my password link to finish their initial setup.

- Click on the link for my惇蹋勛圖厙KC. You will then be redirected to Microsofts login landing pageclick Forgot my password.
- Fill in your 惇蹋勛圖厙 username and the security characters shown on the page. Click NEXT.
- Choose the I forgot my password option. Click NEXT.
- You may have many authentication methods set up, but 惇蹋勛圖厙 only allows the following
to be used during a password reset/recovery. Options will be presented to you based
on your initial account setup:
- Authentication app (Microsoft, DUO, Google, etc.)
- Text message
- Phone call
- Personal Email (this method only works for password reset, not for logging in)
- Follow authentication instructions after choosing a method.
- Once prompted to choose a new password, enter a new password. DO NOT USE previously used passwords or passwords associated with other personal accounts. Click FINISH.
- The page will refresh and prompt you to login with the new password. Within 3-5 minutes the new password will be available for campus computers and 惇蹋勛圖厙-Wireless login.
- Wait up to 30 minutes to give your new password time to sync between all other systems.

Yes, you can stop by any campus records office and fill out a student data change form. You can also download the Statistical Data Change form (PDF) and fax it to the student data center at 816.759.1149.

- Login to my惇蹋勛圖厙KC.
- On the lower-left corner, click Manage Passwords.
- A new browser tab/window will open. Click Change password.
- Enter your current password.
- Follow the guidelines on the page by entering and confirming a new password. The new password must be at least 11 characters long, contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and cannot contain three consecutive letters of either your first name or your last name. Click OK.
- Close that tab/window.
- Wait up to 20 minutes for the new password to sync to other systems.

- Choose 1098T and click the double arrows to the right
- Choose the semester you are looking for

- Once on the Student Center Home page, look on the right for your To-Do List box
- In the To-Do List box, you will find anything required to be completed for you to receive your Financial Aid
- If you have questions about how you will need to complete these items, click on the Details link at the bottom of the To-Do List box.
- Then on the new page, click on the individual items for instructions.

- Click on the tab that says Transcript: Unofficial
- In the second drop-down box, choose Credit Advising

- Under Academics click the link that says Transcripts
- Click on the tab that says Transcript: Official
- Click Credit-Official Batch in the checkbox
- Make sure Immediate Processing is selected in the next drop-down box
- Choose your quantity
- Next, choose to send to your address we have on file or a school of your choosing
- If you choose to send to a school, only use the first four letters of the full name
- Do not enter anything for the city
- Then enter the abbreviation for the state
- Click search
- Then click on the blue numbers next to the name of your school
- Then click submit
