Training locations:
- Healthcare programs: ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø-Penn Valley Health Science Institute, 3444 Broadway, KC, MO 64111
- Technical programs: ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø-Penn Valley Advanced Technical Skills Institute, 2844 Troost, KC, MO 64111
- Transportation programs: Conducted at various sites.

Step 2: Eligibility, SkillUP intake and enrollment steps
- Complete eligibility form below.
- Check your email: In 7-10 business days, a SkillUP Navigator will contact you by email to set a required appointment.
- The Navigator may request that you return signed documents before your appointment.
- After your appointment, you will be enrolled in your chosen program.
- You must be eligible for SNAP on the first day of class to be able to stay enrolled.
** ±¬ÁϳԹÏÍø SkillUP has a waiting list.
** If you already have a degree, license or credential with which you could find employment,
you may not be eligible for SkillUP. Please contact SkillUP manager below with questions.
